Consent to the processing of personal data

In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", I hereby confirm that I am the subject of personal data, and am also the legal representative of the subjects of personal data from whom I have received consent to the processing of their personal data and transfer to third parties. I, on my own behalf, of my own free will and in my interests (including on behalf, of the will and interests of other personal data subjects whose representative I am), knowingly give my consent to the processing by Promo Travel LLC (OGRN 1157746837379, INN 7743119256, location: 125130, Moscow, Staropetrovsky proezd, 1, building 2, floor 1, room 17, office 45) of the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic, place of residence (city, region), telephone numbers, e-mail addresses (E-mail), addresses of personal data subjects, number of the main document proving their identity, information about the date of issue of the said document and the authority that issued it, foreign passport details, and, if necessary, their copies, as well as other personal data received from me (including personal data subjects whose representative I am officially). By providing the specified information, I guarantee that it is reliable, that I own it legally, and, at the request of the operator, I undertake to provide documents confirming this fact.

I express my consent to the implementation of any action or set of actions with all specified personal data, as provided for in paragraph 3 of Article 3 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), including cross-border, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data. The personal data I have specified are transferred for processing for the purpose of obtaining information about the services provided by Promo Travel LLC, concluding an agreement for the provision of services for the sale of a tourist product and additional services provided by Promo Travel LLC, and are necessary for the exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of the subjects of personal data, the operator or third parties, as well as in compliance with the conditions for the processing of personal data provided for in Article 6 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

I hereby acknowledge and confirm that, if necessary, Promo Travel LLC has the right to provide the personal data I have specified to third parties (including foreign tour operators, carriers, hotels, insurance companies, visa centers, etc.) solely for the purposes specified in this consent, using public networks and international information exchange, using cross-border data transfer on the territory of foreign states, including in cases where these countries do not ensure adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects. Such third parties have the right to process personal data on the basis of this consent.

This consent is given by me personally and is valid until the date of its revocation by sending to Promo Travel LLC a corresponding written statement signed by me to the e-mail address info@promotravelru.

In the event of receiving my written statement on the revocation of this consent to the processing of personal data, Promo Travel LLC is obliged to stop processing them in terms of collecting, recording, systematizing, accumulating, clarifying (updating, changing), extracting, using, transferring (distributing, accessing) personal data.

By performing the action to provide this consent by ticking the box, I confirm that I and the subjects of personal data specified by me in the Internet resource on the website www.promotravel.ru and in the agreement concluded with Promo Travel LLC are familiar with the Policy of Promo Travel LLC regarding the processing of personal data and with the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

In the event of a discrepancy between the data specified in this consent, including the absence of confirmation of the lawful ownership of the data transferred to me by other subjects of personal data, I undertake to stop using the resource of the website www.promotravel.ru and undertake not to enter into an agreement in the interests of third parties.
